We do not hold responsibility for any delays in delivering orders to their destinations. After an order has been shipped, full responsibility is transferred to the customer.
A signature is required for insulin orders. Occasionally, medicines will need to be picked up at the local post office if a signature is not available at the time of delivery. Returned unclaimed medicines are at the customer’s expense and there is no refund if they are sent back to the sender.
For oral medications and diabetic supplies, we will charge a flat shipping rate of $15 CAD.
All insulin orders will ship between Monday and Thursday to maintain better control over shipments.
From USA, Insulin can travel to the Canada in as few as four business days and as long as ten business days (during busy periods).
Random inspections will cause a delay in delivery if Canadian Customs choose to inspect your package. During the holiday season, we recommend placing refill orders in advance to avoid any seasonal delays.
